Office Labeler is design application that fulfills all your office labeling needs. Support for a wide range of labels and stocks from companies such as Avery, Office Labeler can do it all - even create custom templates. Enter text, images, barcodes, and merge your database file for quick and easy, design and print.
How many computers can I install Office Labeler on?
Office Labeler is licensed per user. You can install the software on multiple machines, provided it is not run simultaneously. If multiple users will be using the software on multiple computers, then you will need to purchase an appropriate number of copies.
Click on the + button located in the upper-left hand corner of the screen. Project Label Types will come up, check what you want and hit OK.
You can switch between the Front and the Back using the tabs.
When you are ready to print, go to the File menu and click on Print. Click on the Advanced button, and click on the Sides tab. If you do not have a Duplex printer, check the box that says “Prompt before printing second side”, hit OK, and Print.
How can I print to PDF or JPG?
To print to PDF, create your design, go to File and click on Print. You will see a PDF button in there. To export to an image format such as jpg, bmp, or png - go to the File menu and click on Export Design
Merge
How do I merge a database file?
Go to the Merge panel on the left. Click on Attach Merge File.
Browse for your database file (we recommend using csv) and hit Open.
Go to the Merge panel on the left again, and click on Insert Merge Fields.
Select the Field(s) you want and click Insert.
You can format the text however you like, inserting spaces and new lines.
When you are satisfied, go to the File menu and click on Print. Or click on Print Preview to show the populated labels.
Is Office Labeler Mac compatible?
No, but there is a workaround. You can run SureThing on a Mac with parallels or virtual machine software. Here is some more information using Boot Camp
Is Office Labeler 6 Windows 7, Windows 8 compatible?
Yes, Office Labeler 6 is Windows 7 and Windows 8 compatible and certified for both 32bit and 64bit versions. Go here for the system requirements.

How do I insert an Address Block?
If you’re doing a mail merge, first see the FAQ topic - How do I merge a database file.
Instead of inserting the fields manually, SureThing Office Labeler will attempt to intuitively figure out which fields in your database match to what address types. Click on Insert Address Book
You will see the mappings listed here under Setup Mail Merge. If you need to make changes, hit Delete, or click Add to add new ones. When you’re done, hit OK and the entire block will automatically be inserted.
What types of databases can I use?

XLS (Microsoft Excel)
XLSX (Microsoft Excel)

Or any ODBC Data Source installed on the system.
